"When I look at a building to access storm
damage, I am looking at the solution as well as the problem," says
Denny Bender, owner of Bender Builders. "Sometimes it takes us
days--even a week--to get inside a building and literally tie it together
with cables, chains and other temporary equipment, so we can move the
structure without having it fall apart in the process."
